Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at My Store-Bentype. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at stewartben33@mail.com. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Open-box or clearance items (if marked final sale)
  • Downloadable software or digital products

If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at stewartben33@gmail.com with your order details and issue description.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we begin processing and may be unable to cancel it.
